I agree easily with the first part of this aphorism: NGD’s scepticism about how science is used by moderns.  I wonder if my use of technology to propagate NGD’s thought is an intoxication or it is using technology in a sober way.

Not sensuality but abstraction

 

Catholics believe that everything should be done, but not overdone.  So sensuality in its proper proportion is fine.

It is the abstraction of science and math that makes us forget our religiousness.
